RETURN POLICY
The following return policy is only valid on SanDiegoGulls.com/shop items. We will return or exchange* products within 30 days of receipt of order, provided the item is still in the original packaging (or still has the original tags) and is in new and unused (unworn) condition. All Sale, Game Used, and Customized items are final sale and non-refundable. No price adjustments will be given on items. Return shipping costs will be covered by San Diego Gulls only if the return is a result of our error (you receive an incorrect item/size, damaged/defective).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing your package to the San Diego Gulls in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
Returns will NOT be accepted at the Gulls Merchandise Stands at Pechanga Arena San Diego. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*If the exchange is for a different item, please place a new order directly on the website. Shipping will not be refunded.
